About me

My name is Matt Levine, and I am 37-years-old. I have proudly graduated from University of Maine with a B.A. in Mathematics, Grand Canyon University with an M.Ed in Secondary Education, and Southern New Hampshire University with an MS in Accounting and Finance. I am a proud Missourian, part-time educator in the Special Needs program and substitute in the Park Hill School District, former accountant, and now I am currently a Lead Transportation Security Officer at Kansas City International airport. Every day, I help protect travelers across our great nation. And now, I’m stepping up to protect something even greater—OUR future.

What drove me to run for Congress in Missouri’s 6th Congressional District wasn’t ambition or recognition. It wasn't for personal gain or glory. It was what I saw happening over the last decade—the growing division, the frustration, and the deep concern that our state and country were moving in the wrong direction.

Why do we run for Congress? Is it to grow our business, or our name? No. We do it because we care. We care about our friends, our families, and our neighbors. We care about our teachers, our union workers, our nurses, our doctors. We do it because we want to build something better—for our children, grand-children, our communities, and our great nation. We do it because we BELIEVE in serving something greater than OURSELVES.

We have a chance to write history, to craft laws that improve the lives of everyone around us, and to challenge a broken system so that it works for EACH and EVERY one of us—not just the wealthy and well-connected.
That’s why I’m running—to give Missouri’s 6th Congressional District their VOICE in Washington.

I will fight for:

• A fair and quality education, where every child has a shot at success—regardless of their zip code or income level.

• Accessible, quality healthcare — so no family is left behind in a medical crisis, or so that we can afford basic medications, and life saving care.

• A thriving economy that lifts up working families, supports small businesses and farmers, and grows opportunities for the middle and lower classes.

• Integrity and transparency — because YOU deserve to know the truth, and you deserve leaders who work for YOU—and not their special interests.
