Northwest Missouri Rural Democrats Meeting

On Thursday September 18th, Matt Levine and his campaign team traveled to Maryville, MO to speak at Northwest Missouri State University to a group of individuals who are ready to help make a change here in Missouri. Matt spoke about his background, then went into details on why he has decided to run for Congress. A few individuals found his platform to be a refreshing change from the current political system. 

Night in Clay County @ Ameristar

Matt Levine and his campaign team attended the Night in Clay County event held at Ameristar Hotel and Casino. We had a wonderful time listening Congressmen Eric Woods, Senator Maggie Nurrenbern, and the honorary speaker Former Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn who fought during the January 6th insurrection. This was a wonderful event and we look forward to attending more Congressional District 6 events.

Holt County Autumn Festival

Matthew Levine took a trip up to Oregon, Missouri to attend the Holt County Autumn Festival. It began with a small meet & greet at a local Democrats house. There Mr. Levine was able to express why he is running for Missouri Congressional District 6, and speak with concerned Missourians. Sharing Matthew's educational and working background proves that he is a candidate that knows what it takes to give Missouri a better and brighter future. One question really stood out to Mr. Levine, "given the small population of democrats in this area, why would you take time out of your schedule to come up here?"  Matthew believes that every individual in Missouri matters. He is reaching across the state no matter if they are Red, Blue, Purple, or Green. We are all affected right now, and he believes that every individual no matter what deserves to be represented fairly.

First Town Hall at Green Hills Public Library

On August 16th, Matt Levine held his first town hall meeting at Mid-Continent Library - Green Hills Branch. He opened it up to any individual that wanted to come and ask questions. He had a few District 6 constituents come to ask him questions regarding policies and his thoughts on the current state of our nation. He looks forward to hosting more of these town halls around Congressional District 6 up to the primary next year.

Beto O'Rourke Comes to KC

Although Candidate Levine was out of state visiting family, the Levine for Congress team still showed up for this great event. We need to fight to save our DEMOCRACY!

Meet and Greet With Sly James

July 18th, 2025

Candidate Matt Levine had his first of many meet and greets at Headrush Coffee. There he had his first of many encounters with Former Mayor Sly James. Here Sly asked Candidate Levine a number of questions regarding his campaign, and how he plans to change Missouri for the better.

For almost 2 hours they talked about the changes Candidate Levine has in mind regarding the quality education system in District 6. He wants to focus on providing the rural communities with the opportunity to send their children to quality Pre-K schools, and allow them to stay on track with the urban communities.

Candidate Levine brought up the signing of the Big, Beautiful, Bill which would have significant cuts to Missouri's Medicaid system. Mr. Levine talked about focusing on having a quality Healthcare system all throughout District 6. 

Lastly, Candidate Levine spoke about holding the current administration accountable for their actions. The person elected works for the PEOPLE of District 6 and Missouri, they DO NOT work for their own personal interests. Candidate Levine, vows to work for you and wants to hear everyone's pains and sufferings so he can bring that to Washington and work on providing Missouri with a BETTER and BRIGHTER Tomorrow!

Clay County Democrats Central Committee Meeting

July 10, 2025

Candidate Matt Levine attended the monthly meeting at Clay County Democrats Central Committee in Gladstone, MO. It was a full room of eager Democrats looking for a change in leadership. Mr. Levine spoke on his 3 major issues, EQUALITY, ECONOMY, and EDUCATION. He took a few questions at the end from some concerned constituents.

Parkville 4th of July Parade

On 4th of July, the Levine for Congress campaign team took to the streets of Parkville, MO to walk with fellow Democrats. In attendance was Minority Leader Ashley Aune, Platte County Central Committee Democrats, Do Something MO, and other Democrats. We handed out candy and bubbles to kids, and waved to District 6 constituents. It was a great day to get out and walk.

Do Something MO Event

Levine for Congress went to an event in Platte City, MO hosted by the great people of Do Something MO! I was there for about 2 hours talking to people and spreading awareness of my campign. I can't wait for more events similar to this.

2025 Legislative Recap

Candidate Levine attended the 2025 Legislative Recap @ Woodneath Library. He listened as Senator Maggie Nurrenbern, Representative Eric Woods, Representative Bill Allen, Representative Ken Jamison, and Representative Martin Jacobs all spoke about the accomplishments, and what they aspire to accomplish in the next session. This was a great time and Candidate Levine looks forward to attending another event like this again.

Speaking in Linn County

Candidate Levine in front of Linn County Democrats speaking on the issues in rural Missouri. From rural hospitals closing due to funding cuts, to hog farmers being outsourced to China. What may seem like small issues, are key issues to rural Missouri, and Candidate Levine is looking to help fix these problems to help Missouri flourish into the great state that it is.

Pride Parade

Candidate Levine like so many others attended the KC Pride Parade on June 7th. Candidate Levine is a big advocate for the LGBTQ community. He fights for this community in support of his family. We need to build a state, a nation, where everyone, regardless of who they love or how they identify, can live openly, proudly, freely, and without fear!

Northwest Democrat Days

Candidate Levine attended day 2 of the Northwest Democrat Days in St. Joseph, Missouri. It was here Candidate Levine took part in a candidate forum and spoke to constituents of the 6th District. He spoke on his 3 major policies, and what makes him a true candidate for Congressional District 6. His background, his policies, and the major reasons why he fights make him stand out.
